本規約は、運営者本人が個人利用するコマンドラインツール video-maker の利用条件を定めます。

These Terms govern the operator's personal use of the command-line tool video-maker.

1. 適用範囲 / Scope

video-maker は、運営者本人が自分の YouTube チャンネルを管理するための個人用ツールです。第三者への提供を目的とする Web アプリまたはサービスではありません。

video-maker is a personal tool used by its operator to manage the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not a web application or service offered to third parties.

2. YouTube 利用規約への準拠 / Compliance with YouTube Terms

運営者は、YouTube 利用規約に同意し、同規約に準拠して本ツールを利用します。

The operator agrees to and will comply with the YouTube Terms of Service when using video-maker.

3. 禁止事項 / Prohibited conduct

video-maker must not be used to violate applicable laws or public order, violate YouTube's terms, policies, or guidelines, or infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

4. 免責 / Disclaimer

video-maker は現状有姿で提供されます。正確性、完全性、継続的な動作、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。法令で認められる範囲において、本ツールの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

video-maker is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the tool.

5. 規約の変更 / Changes to these Terms

必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載し、掲載時から適用します。

These Terms may be revised when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply from the time they are posted.
