本ポリシーは、個人用コマンドラインツール video-maker による Google ユーザーデータおよび YouTube API Services のデータの取り扱いを説明します。利用者は運営者本人のみです。

This policy explains how the personal command-line tool video-maker handles Google user data and data obtained through YouTube API Services. The tool is used only by its operator.

1. 取得する情報 / Information accessed

The first scope accesses video data for the operator's own channel (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, visibility settings) to upload videos and edit that information. The second retrieves statistics and analytics for the operator's own channel and videos on a read-only basis.

2. 利用目的 / Purpose of use

取得した情報は、運営者自身のチャンネルにおける動画のアップロード、動画情報の編集、統計情報およびアナリティクスの取得・分析のためにのみ使用します。

The information is used only to upload videos, edit video information, and retrieve and analyze statistics and analytics for the operator's own channel.

3. 保存と管理 / Storage and management

OAuth 認証トークンは運営者の手元の PC にのみ保存し、外部のサーバーへ送信しません。取得した統計情報・アナリティクスデータも運営者の手元の PC にのみ保存し、外部のサーバーへ送信しません。運営者の分析に不要になったデータは削除します。

OAuth tokens are stored only on the operator's local computer and are not sent to any external server. Retrieved statistics and analytics data are also stored only on the operator's local computer and are not sent to any external server. Data no longer needed for the operator's analysis is deleted.

4. 第三者提供 / Sharing with third parties

認証トークン、取得したチャンネル情報、動画情報、統計情報およびアナリティクスを第三者へ提供しません。

Tokens, channel and video information, statistics, and analytics are not shared with third parties.

5. 保存データの削除手順 / Data deletion

保存データは、運営者が手元の PC から削除します。Google アカウントの権限ページでアクセスを取り消した場合、関連して保存したデータは 30 日以内に削除します。

The operator deletes stored data from the local computer. If access is revoked on the Google Account permissions page, the related stored data is deleted within 30 days.

6. アクセス権の取り消し / Revoking access

運営者は、Google アカウントの権限ページから、いつでも video-maker のアクセス権を確認・削除できます。

The operator can review or remove video-maker's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page.

7. YouTube API Services の利用 / Use of YouTube API Services

video-maker は YouTube API Services(YouTube Data API v3 および YouTube Analytics API)を使用します。利用にあたり、YouTube 利用規約およびGoogle プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

video-maker uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API), which are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

video-maker による Google API から取得した情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Use 要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy に準拠します。

video-maker's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Cookie とアクセス解析 / Cookies and analytics

本サイトは Cookie を使用せず、アクセス解析も導入していません。
