動画のアップロード: 手元の PC から運営者本人のチャンネルへ動画をアップロードします。
動画情報の編集: タイトル、説明文、タグ、サムネイル、公開設定を編集します。
分析データの取得: 運営者本人の動画の統計情報とアナリティクスを取得します。

Video uploads from the operator's computer to the operator's own channel; editing of titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and visibility settings; and retrieval of statistics and analytics for the operator's own videos.

The first scope is used to upload videos and edit titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and visibility settings on the operator's own YouTube channel. The second is used to view and retrieve statistics and analytics for the operator's own channel.
